Parent Information about Hot Lunch

Dear Parents,
Greetings from the Parent Volunteer Team! We are looking forward to the fall semester and have hot lunch information for you as follows:
Hot lunch begins Tuesday, Sept. 29th
Our fall semester hot lunch schedule will run from Tuesday, Sept. 29, through Thursday, Jan. 21. Lunch will be served at The Nest in the Quest Center. As always, students must show their school ID
in order to receive their lunch. Lunch this semester will include an entrée and a 16 oz bottle of milk, white or chocolate.
Needed: Volunteers
Please consider volunteering—it takes just an hour of your time, and it is a great opportunity to interact with your student(s) and their friends in their school environment. If you are willing and able to join in, please sign up on the enclosed form. We cannot do this without you!
One-day or Two-day or Three-day Schedule (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
The cost per student is $150 for the semester, if you choose three days per week. The cost per student is $100 for the semester if you choose two days per week, and the cost is $50 per student for the semester if you choose one day per week. Please see hot lunch order form. Lunches may not be purchased separately, and no refunds will be given. Payment is expected in full by Sept. 8. Please send form and payment with your student to orientation.
Please return the enclosed form to the Christian High office no later than Tuesday, September 8.
